Features
1.PLC touch screen control, automatic, convenient
2.Auto blanket alignment
3.Full fill oil and double-layer drum to ensure you of heating evenly
4.With 2 air rollers(It is more convenient than regular roller,when you charge air,it become fatter,when you need to remove waste paper,just press the button to release air) If you need more air roller,it will cost extra.
5.Automatically move blanket by motor.If you have something urgent or at the end of working day,you can press "stop" button and blanket will automatically separate from drum and you can leave,no need to wait it for cooling down.
6.Chrome-plating drum,hardness is better and get longer service time.We had a customer who had teflon coating drum from another supplier.His blanket burnt out and made the drum broken.One of our customers did not operate machine carefully and blanket burnt out also,but his drum is well since it is chrome- plating drum.
7.Some electric parts on the small door of machine to prevent from heat which can make sure you long service time of parts.(There is a small door on big door of machine)
